Information about our return and withdrawal policy for digital and physical products.
Digital products
As our digital products (PDF files) are delivered immediately upon purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has been made available. By placing an order, you agree that the right of withdrawal expires upon delivery.
Physical products
For physical products, a cooling-off period of 14 days applies after receipt. Contact us by email to arrange a return. The product must be returned in its original condition.
